Fit Body UNIVERSITY
Fit Body Boot Camp University is a 5-day, in-person training and orientation for new Fit Body owners. The University begins with a trip to the Fit Body headquarters where you’ll meet the leadership team, your dedicated business coach, and everyone in the various departments that help you run and grow your Fit Body every step of the way. During these five days you’ll also visit a local Fit Body location and get hands-on experience with client service, training, creating a world-class experience, and every detail of operating your Fit Body Boot Camp gym.

PERSONAL BUSINESS COACHING FOR 1 ON 1 ATTENTION
Our Coaching and Profitability Department (CAP) is made up of personal franchise business coaches, which we refer to as CAP coaches. You will be assigned a specific CAP coach to take you from your Grand Opening aka “Launch Program” throughout your entire experience as a Fit Body Owner. Rest assured, your CAP coach will be with you every step of the way to ensure your success. And the best part is that every CAP coach is an active, experienced, and successful Fit Body franchisee. As there is no better person to guide you through the ups and downs of business ownership, then a coach who is an experienced and successful owner in the Fit Body Boot Camp model. Our CAP department is led by Vice President, and multi-location owner Bryce Henson.
THE LAUNCH PROGRAM
The “Launch Program” acts as your Grand Opening marketing campaign that gives you a massive advantage in filling your Fit Body gym with paying clients, generating qualified leads, and building your social media following and email marketing list. As you’re building out your location, our in-house social media and traffic buying team will begin marketing your “The Launch” program. This program is a 6 Week Transformation Challenge that launches your business and was designed by our most financially successful franchisee and Vice President of Client Experience and Results, Matt Wilber.
And from a marketing perspective, this brings awareness to your community, grows your social media page, and moves people from Facebook and other online platforms into your challenge.
